Basketball Leagues on Megapari

The basketball menu lists international leagues and tournaments, grouped by country. Philippine competitions get their own sections when they're running. The PBA Governors' Cup and UAAP college basketball have both appeared, so you don't have to scroll through foreign leagues to find a local game.

Local leagues are covered in depth on Philippine sports betting. This page covers how basketball markets work wherever the game is played.

Basketball Markets Explained

Basketball fixtures lead with a winner market and a points total. The examples use a ₱100 stake and invented odds.

Winner (W1 / W2)

Pick the team that wins, usually including overtime. ₱100 on W1 at 1.42 returns ₱142.

Totals

Combined points over or under a line such as 165.5. ₱100 on over at 1.85 returns ₱185 if the teams score 166 or more.

Handicap

A points head start or deficit, such as −4.5. Where it's offered it sits behind the "+" count, so check each match.

Always check whether a market includes overtime. Winner markets usually do. Some quarter and half markets don't.

Live Basketball Betting

Basketball suits live betting because the score changes constantly. On Megapari, a live game shows the quarter and clock, the score, and stats such as fouls, three-pointers and timeouts. Prices move after every scoring run, and markets suspend during reviews and free throws.

Live video streams aren't available in the Philippines, so follow the quarter, clock and stats panel. Cash out in full or in part while the game is live. More on live betting.

Tips for Philippine time zones

Many international games tip off in the morning Philippine time (UTC+8).
Local PBA and UAAP games fall in the afternoon and evening.
Set a budget per game day. Live basketball moves fast.
